Balancing Loans
Using the reports currently used to balance manually, ABACUS reads the reports and creates Summary and Detailed reports that are available to you in minutes.​The Summary Report shows each Geneeral Ledger balance and the related Share Account totals from the Core. If the account balances, a check mark is displayed, if it is not in balance an X is displayed.
By just clicking the "Detail" button all of the individual accounts types from the Core are displayed, including the interest rate associated with the account. This is very useful in diagnosing the issue if an account is out of balance.
Each time ABACUS is run, a history record is created that includes the Summary and Detailed reports as well as the General ledger and Core reports that were used by ABACUS to create the Balancing Reports. the History information is saved for 7 years for reference or auditing purposes. Each report can be viewed or printed individually or all reports may be viewed together.
